1. Scope of Services: Lias Cleaning Service LLC in York, PA (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) provides residential cleaning services, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, etc.
2. Service Agreement: By engaging the Company’s services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
3. Service Schedule: The Company and the client will mutually agree upon a schedule for the cleaning services. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated and agreed upon by both parties in advance.
4. Access to Property: The client agrees to provide the Company with access to the property at the scheduled cleaning times. In the event of a change in access arrangements, the client must inform the Company with reasonable notice.
5. Payment: The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the cleaning services. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Consequence for non-payment: If the client fails to submit payment at the time of service or by the agreed-upon due date, a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount will be added for each day the payment is overdue. If no payment has been received after 30 days, the debt will be transferred to debt collectors.
6. Pricing Adjustment: The prices quoted for the cleaning services are subject to change based on the accuracy of the client’s responses to questions regarding the property and the condition of the property upon inspection by the Company. The final price may be adjusted to reflect any discrepancies between the initial assessment and the actual cleaning requirements. Any such adjustments to the price will be communicated to the client prior to the beginning of the cleaning services.
7. Cancellation Policy: The client agrees to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
8. Liability: We understand how important your property and belongings are to you. We want to assure you that we take all necessary precautions during the provision of our cleaning services. However, we want to be transparent and let you know that we will not be liable for any damage to your property or belongings unless it is due to our gross negligence.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee: The Company aims to provide high-quality cleaning services. In the event that the client is not satisfied with the service, the Company will make reasonable efforts to address the concerns.
10. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the cleaning services by providing written notice to the other party.
11. Confidentiality: The Company agrees to keep all client information and keys confidential and secure.
12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania.
